• Ready stock items ship within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery takes 2–4 working days for West Malaysia and 4–7 working days for Sabah & Sarawak.
• Pre-order items ship once they arrive with us — we will update you on WhatsApp.
• Free shipping on orders above RM500.

Returns

All items are checked before shipping. Because many items are purchased on request, sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please WhatsApp us within 3 days with an unboxing video.
